Order Fulfilment All orders are fulfilled by Printful, our third‑party production and shipping partner. Each item is made to order. Printful handles printing, packing and dispatching your order directly from their nearest fulfilment centre.

Processing Time Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays or high‑volume periods.

Shipping Printful ships orders using trusted carriers. Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information (where available).

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Printful’s live rates for your region.

Customs & Import Fees International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at eauartprints@gmail.com and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can request a replacement from Printful.
